Vacuum forming
Vacuum forming is a plastic processing technique. Compared to injection moulding, it offers the following key advantages: 1. Reduced tooling costs. Injection moulds are typically very expensive, whereas vacuum forming moulds are usually negligible in cost. 2. Shortened development time, with significantly reduced lead times from prototyping to mass production. Product modifications are also highly convenient. 3. CNC machining
Vacuum-formed products require CNC machining to achieve their final dimensional specifications. Typically, we employ three-axis CNC machines for high-volume, efficient fulfilment of order requirements. For complex geometries, we utilise five-axis CNC machining to complete all dimensional operations in a single setup, yielding superior product consistency.
Parts machining
Occasionally, clients require not only the outer casing but also the necessary components for assembly. We enable customers to conveniently and efficiently obtain complete product sets. We provide component machining services and assist with assembly. We strive to ensure clients can receive all required products in a single order, thereby saving them valuable time.

Firstly, you need to provide product drawings and requirements, and we will provide a reasonable quotation and processing suggestions within 24 hours.
Images, drawings or samples are all acceptable. Should required, we shall refine the product drawings and produce samples upon client approval. Drawing formats are unrestricted; PDF, CAD or 3D formats are all suitable. Naturally, providing complete drawings will expedite the product completion timeline.
Generally, after order confirmation, the sample processing is completed within 15 working days. The production time for bulk orders is 20 working days. The specific time will be determined through negotiation.
